Céline holds an ACC level of certification from the International Coach Federation. Céline started her career in New York, USA, with Arthur Andersen providing audit and consulting services to a wide variety of financial institutions. Her skills quickly became noticed and were deployed in the investment banking industry at JP Morgan Chase. Here, she developed a deeper understanding of global markets across the Telecoms, Banking, Chemical, Consumer Goods, and Pharmaceutical sectors. She then moved into Deutsche Bank's private wealth management division and built on her technical skills while focusing her enthusiasm on leadership and the engagement of people into a common vision. It is her ability to identify simple actions to reach objectives that make her stand out and generate significant contribution. What makes Céline a unique coach is her capacity to understand and analyze the needs of the business and quickly align the human actions and behaviors that will result in ultimate success.

Céline is fluent in English, French and Spanish and has gained vast cultural awareness and understanding by living in eleven cities across four continents. Approach and sensitivity is everything in international business and Céline supports her clients in managing all the nuances of thinking globally, acting locally and influencing across geographies. As a facilitator, she energizes participants to define and develop a leader-team alignment that will create the necessary shift in culture to achieve successful organizational transitions. As a coach, she is able to navigate her clients through politically sensitive environments, support them in taking the right risk, and use her creativity to trigger new approaches and points of view.

Céline has received a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Finance from Georgetown University and a Masters of Business Administration from INSEAD. She is a graduate of the Coach University Core Essentials Fast Track Program and Advanced Corporate Coaching Program. She is licensed to facilitate The Coaching Clinic® workshop (Corporate Coach University), and is certified to administer the Thomas International DISC assessment.
